Renew your TecomC4 SUSP Plan

For users with a current active 2021 SUSP, it is now time to renew your agreement. This will ensure you have access to the latest versions upon release.

Reminder that all agreement renewals are to be finalised by 15 December 2021.

Support Plan Overview

TecomC4 software helps manage and monitor your security system. Correct installation, use, and maintenance of your TecomC4 solution is key to maximising features in your environment and enabling your security system to deliver the benefits that you expect.

When you purchase and install TecomC4 management software, we encourage you to purchase a Support Upgrade & Support Plan (known as a SUSP) for the life of your system

Benefits and features of a TecomC4 SUSP

 
  • Free software upgrades are available to sites who maintain a Software & Support Plan (SUSP)
  • Support Plan can be purchased for 1 - 5 years
  • Support Plan is calculated on the number of devices/licences and duration of the plan
 
  • Technical support is available to TecomC4 certified technicians
  • Support is available direct from Hills, with an escalation path direct to Aritech for more complex issues
  • Each TecomC4 installation includes a minimum 1 year warranty
  • Warranty does not provide access to future Major Version updates
  • Warranty period can be extended by purchasing an optional SUSP subscription
