OnGuard 7.1 Support End

End of Support: OnGuard 7.1 and All OnGuard 7.1 Service Packs

As a reminder, OnGuard® 7.1 reached its end of support date as of September 30th, 2018. As a part of our OnGuard support policy, Lenel supports OnGuard versions for three years from the date of initial commercial release. As a result, Lenel Technical Support and Engineering are no longer supporting OnGuard version 7.1.

In order to continue support coverage for your customers, we strongly encourage all Lenel VARs to review their customer list, identify systems that are running OnGuard 7.1 or older versions, and recommend to the customer that an upgrade to a supported version be implemented as soon as feasible.

This announcement affects released products related to OnGuard 7.1 (version 7.1.481), and any OnGuard 7.1 Service Packs or Hotfixes.

Please refer to the table below for the complete list of versions of OnGuard Release Versions, Release Dates, and End of Support Effective Dates for each version.


OnGuard software can be upgraded to a new version as long as a valid support contract is in place. If a customer's system is not on a support contract, a quote can be obtained by sending an email to the SUSP Request Mailbox.

For OnGuard systems that are on a support contract, a new version of the license can be requested through the Interlogix Customer Service team at firesecuritycs@fs.utc.com
