A critical milestone is rapidly approaching for our FCWnx, Picture Perfect, and Diamond II / Sapphire systems customers, and we wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of important upcoming dates, and migration options available to you and your customers.

As originally announced in 2013, the last opportunity to purchase Micro and ACU hardware for Facility Commander Wnx (FCWnx), Picture Perfect (PP) or Diamond II / Sapphire systems is 2019.

Due to component sourcing challenges, from this point forward, all hardware is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once inventory is depleted, no further stock will be available. This includes Wiegand Interface Units (WIUs) and Micro/Reader Junction Boxes (MRJs).

Final stock is being built based on demand projections and component availability, therefore customers should place final purchase orders at their earliest opportunity.

Software and hardware End of Support for Picture Perfect and FCWnx remains December 31, 2020. Software End of Support for Diamond II / Sapphire was December 31, 2018.

The OnGuard® access control system remains the recommended destination for legacy Casi & Infographics customers, with a specific defined migration path shared in earlier communications. Customers will purchase Lenel M Series or Lenel ACU Series hardware in order to migrate their systems to OnGuard.

In addition, with the recent acquisition of S2 Security, LenelS2 is now able to offer well-established migration paths (products and services) to both the OnGuard system and the NetBox system.
